A persistent BAXI Manresa could not achieve another victory at Nou Congost and fell to a direct rival, Casademont Zaragoza (65-72). The Bages team dominated in the first half, but in the second Porfirio Fisac's men were more successful and took the win.

The team led by Pedro Martínez made a good start and immediately took control of the score thanks to their high success in the outside shot (they scored four of the six triples attempted in the first quarter). This allowed them to get a ten point margin at the end of the opening period (25-15).

In the second, the two teams were more confused, but more intense locals did not stop fighting, and thanks to this they achieved a maximum difference of fifteen points (40-25), which Sant-Roos cut before halftime part of the confrontation (40-27).

In the second half, the Aragon team came out better and, thanks to a partial 4-13, they were only four points behind and forced Pedro Martínez to stop the duel (44-40). It seemed that the Manresa team were reacting, but it was not like that, as a Yusta's dunk put a very good visitors ahead at the end of the third quarter (53-54).

The last ten minutes began with nerves, equality and inaccuracies on the part of both teams. The Bages team were able to recover from the rival's first escape attempt, but they could no longer do so in a second that was already completely definitive and that made the triumph travel to Zaragoza.
